All programs listed here are created with a very gentle approach. It takes time to achieve goals and to reach the desired results.  With this in mind, I like to work with clients in a no rush environment, with enough time for discussions, education, habit forming and adjusting to a new lifestyle.

I do not take a cookie cutter approach to my work where everybody gets the same kind of diet plan and protocol. Each client is a unique person because we all are bio-individuals, with different kinds of eating habits, different kinds of health problems, and certainly, different kind of wish lists.

I do not teach my clients about a new diet that they have to stay on for the next two weeks;
I teach my clients a new way of living…

1. Starter Program (New Clients Only)

This program includes 2 (60 minute) appointments scheduled 2 weeks apart.            
During the first appointment we discuss diet improvement through assessment of your Food Journal.The second appointment includes the overall nutritional assessment based on the gathered information (food journal and an online questionnaire) and  a review of the results.

2. Three Months Program

This program includes 5 (60 minutes) appointments scheduled 2 weeks apart and 1 reevaluation visit (60 minutes).
Since this program is 3 months long we get to monitor your progress and reevaluate your status at the end.
This program will consist of two comprehensive nutritional assessments, which involve a food journal, an online questionnaire, a functional evaluation (in person only), a review of your results, and a complete protocol for nutritional supplementation.
A variety of handouts, including meal planning ideas, recipes and other materials will be provided as well.

3. Six  Months Program

This program will include 10 (60 minutes) appointments, scheduled 2 weeks apart and two reevaluation visits (60 minutes)
Since this program is 6 months long we get to monitor your progress and reevaluate your status twice during the program.
This program will consist of three comprehensive nutritional assessments, which involve a food journal, and online questionnaire, a functional evaluation (in person only), a review of your results, and a complete protocol for nutritional supplementation.  A variety of handouts, including meal planning ideas, recipes and other materials will be provided as well.
