Fresh Cabbage & Carrot Salad



½ medium cabbage
3 medium carrots
½ medium red onion, sliced
2 Tbs fresh parsley, minced
2 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp coconut sugar

  • Shred the cabbage and carrots in a food processor.
  • Put into a big bowl and add all the remaining ingredients.
  • With your clean hands massage and mix the vegetables together.
